Pragmatism
We change course when the work asks for it. What we ship must still work next year, not only on demo day.
We look for curious people who keep taking a problem apart until it makes sense and do not settle for the first answer a model gives them.
How we build the team
We do not divide work into narrow technical roles. We look for people who can find out what the system must do, verify the result, and own their part of the product.

Working from a distance is the default. The office in Ceske Budejovice is an option, not a duty.
One teaches us to estimate and keep our word. The other makes us think years ahead.
A person solving a hard problem gets time to think. We skip any meeting that three sentences would settle.
What the team is like
Knowledge is shared, not guarded. When somebody gets stuck, the rest help take the problem apart.
There is no single correct working pattern. The result, clear agreements, and responsibility matter.
We try new tools on our own products first and use that experience in client work.
When expectations start to drift apart, we discuss it in weeks, not at a yearly review.
Tell us what you enjoy, what you tried to build with AI, and what did not work. Your CV can be short.
